Officially - DAMD Tuning shows body kit for the Mazda 2

Reading time 2 Min.

The DAMD Tuning inc. gives huge GAS! Well a week ago, the Japanese tuner showed us a completely spoiled Subaru Levorg which, at least in Europe, should still have a certain exotic status and consequently relatively few will tune the Japanese. The whole thing looks different with the Ford Fiesta or Skoda Fabia opponents in the form of the current Mazda 2. Mazda hopes to be able to expand the increasing sales figures with the 2 Series and DAMD sees the same for its body kit. Visually, the project could well work because the design is definitely Europe-compatible and looks neither exaggerated nor misplaced but coherent and sporty. DAMD did not write much about the published pictures, but you can see what has been changed. What we don't know at the moment are any changes in the interior or whether there will be various performance enhancements for the Mazda 2. After the tuning cure that the little 2 series was allowed to endure, it is now much sportier and more dynamic than the production version and impresses with optically well-fitting add-on parts. If you are thinking of buying a Mazda 2 in the future or already own one, DAMD is definitely an interesting starting point when it comes to differentiating the vehicle from the production model. As for the changes made to the optics or the technology, we have already been able to find out the first details. As usual, we have listed what we know below in a summary. If you discover any further changes that we have not listed, just use the comment box and let us know!

Ps. If you have more tuned vehicles like this one Subaru Wrx Sti or one Mazda Biante from Dam tuning just look at the photo hint below on the tuner name!

  • unknown lowering (sports springs, coil springs, sports suspension, coilover suspension)
  • unknown about 17 inches big black alloy wheels with red PIN Stripe
  • possibly a performance increase - (chip tuning, tuning box, compressor or turbo conversion, NOS etc. - info is pending)
  • possibly a sports exhaust system (or only tailpipe / rear silencer)
