Porsche presents two new eBikes - Sport and Cross!

Porsche is expanding its range of e-mobility products and is launching two new e-bikes that reflect the timeless design, the outstanding technical features and the fascination of the Porsche brand. While the Porsche eBike Sport is the perfect companion for everyday use thanks to its roadworthy properties, the Porsche eBike Cross impresses on rough terrain. The full-suspension carbon frame, the organic shape of which is inspired by the Porsche Taycan line, the latest generation of the powerful Shimano motor and Magura high-performance brakes are just three of the features that ensure top performance. Both models were developed in cooperation with the eBike expert Rotwild and are manufactured in Dieburg, Hesse.

Porsche presents new eBikes

Porsche eBike Sport: The Porsche eBike Sport is the perfect companion for everyday life, whether in the city or in the country, on the way to work or in your free time. High-quality, high-end components such as the full-suspension carbon frame, the new, powerful and ultra-compact Shimano EP8 motor with up to 25 km / h motor support and the electronic Shimano XT Di2 11-speed gear shift ensure optimum performance. Thanks to the Magura MCi high-performance brakes integrated in the handlebar, the Porsche eBike Sport has a clean and reduced cockpit. The M99 LED lights from the lighting expert Supernova, which are embedded in the stem and aerodynamic seat post, underline the elegant and purist design. In addition, with the Magura Boltron upside-down suspension fork and the Fox Float DPS damper, high-quality chassis components in conjunction with the smooth-running tires guarantee a sporty and smooth ride on asphalt and in easy terrain.

Porsche eBike Cross:

The Porsche eBike Cross is at home away from the streets, off-road and on unfamiliar paths. Especially in difficult terrain, the powerful motor newly developed by Shimano shows all its capabilities and supports with maximum performance with a natural driving experience. The Magura MT Trail high-performance brakes with extra-large, heat-resistant brake discs ensure optimum deceleration, while the mechanical Shimano XT 12-speed gearshift guarantees quick gear changes depending on the requirements and the terrain.

The hydraulically adjustable Crankbrothers Highline seat post ensures an ideal and quickly adjustable seating position with maximum freedom of movement. The ergonomically shaped handlebars guarantee full control at all times and, among other things, houses the Shimano color display, which shows the speed as well as the distance and range in real time. The clean design is rounded off by the full-suspension carbon frame, which perfectly combines a thirst for adventure with style.

The sporty character of the Porsche Taycan served as inspiration for both models. On the wheels, the organically shaped carbon frame cites the roofline of the vehicle. The flat design developed by Studio FA Porsche ensures optimal light reflections.

Special rear rack for Taycan Cross Turismo

Quick assembly and strong load-bearing capacity - Porsche has developed a unique rear rack for the new Taycan Cross Turismo that is perfectly designed for transporting eBikes. Thanks to the long wheel rails and a high payload of 50 kilograms, up to two eBikes can be mounted. The tailgate can also be opened when it is loaded. At the same time, it can be used universally for various types of bike and can optionally be upgraded with an additional rail for a third bike.

The eBike Sport and the eBike Cross bring the feeling and fascination of Porsche on two wheels, even off the beaten track. Whether in rough terrain or in the middle of the urban jungle, the Porsche eBike is the perfect companion to get to your destination with power and dynamism, but also with comfort and style.
