PD65CC widebody aerodynamic kit on the Mercedes C205 Coupe

Can you still remember the super noble Mercedes S-Class Coupe (C217) with PD75SC widebody kit from German tuner Prior Design? We have In late November 2016 reported about it And hardly a vehicle had done it more to us than the noble luxury coupé that got a completely new look with the optional widebody components. And now the Prior has also designed an extensive widebody kit for the small C-Coupe (W205 series). Basically you could say the C205 looks like a small S-Coupe after the conversion, but that would be too easy. But of course the shape of the various components is close to that for the large coupé, but that's no wonder because the production vehicles are also very similar. Prior Design calls the whole PD65CC and the widebody aerodynamic parts also consist of a fiberglass-Dura-Flex mixture.

Available is a typical AMG new front bumper with huge ventilation openings which, of course, have been widened significantly at the sides to fit the brawny, and significantly widened, fenders and gills. Incidentally, the bumper is extended by means of a front spoiler sword, which intensifies the visual impression. And the rear is also much more bulky because there are massive wheel arch extensions that merge into a completely newly developed rear bumper with diffuser and AMG look tailpipes. The fenders are connected with new side skirts that have air openings in the rear. And a completely new bonnet with power dome and large air openings is also included and this is almost identical to the one for the S-Coupe. The body kit is rounded off with an optionally selectable fixed rear spoiler which is not installed in this vehicle. The PD4Forged aluminum rims installed here are also from Prior Design and should be around 21 inches in size.

So that the new wheel set comes into its own in the wheel arch, the coupe was lowered significantly by means of H&R coilovers, but unfortunately we do not yet know whether the C-Coupe has also received an increase in performance. Prior Design delivers after that Moshammer Manufaktur - Widebody, the next possibility to make the Stuttgart Coupé appear much more beefy and we really like the whole thing. If we get more information about the modifications to the C-Coupe, there is of course, as always, an update for this report. The best thing is to subscribe to our feed and if there is something new you will be informed immediately. We hope you enjoy looking at the pictures.
