Singer brings two air-cooled Porsche 911s to Goodwood!

The "Goodwood Festival of Speed“The event has been going on at Goodwood House in West Hampnett near Chichester in southern England today (July 8th to July 11th) and shows, among other things, two vehicles from Singer Vehicle Designs. And of course there are two "air-cooled Porsche 911". Namely two unique pieces from the 964 era. You are to Goodwood Festival of Speed On the way in 2021 and part of the new Singer initiative called "Dynamics and Lightweighting Study (DLS)". In addition to the "usual Singer measures", the DLS vehicles will receive a few other changes to make them lighter and faster. Info: Singer has opened a new location in Great Britain especially for DLS vehicles. The Goodwood exhibition is of course a must. The two Goodwood vehicles have of course the dream again 4,0 liter six-cylinder vacuum cleaner installed, which is impressive at 9.000 revolutions 500 PS (373 kW) shakes out of the sleeve.

Unico & Oxford Commission

There are also countless vehicles on the DLS Carbon upgradesthat improve both the aerodynamics and the curb weight again to reduce. Incidentally, Singer only wants maximum 75 vehicles as "DLS 911", which are created exclusively in cooperation with the future owner. So it is impossiblethat you see two identical Singer vehicles. And to prove that, Singer brought two vehicles back to Goodwood. The first is a light green 911 with the project name Unico Commission. This shines in the beautiful Absinthe green and has nickel-colored trim as well as accents in Blood Orange with it. And the distinctive accents are also set in away from the cabin. Dominate here too Orange and the color green. As always, the vehicles naturally have various extras such as one Air conditioning and a Front lift system with it. And then there is the dark green 911 named Oxford Commission.

even more vehicles are on site

It is painted in Oak Green Metallic with details in color Champagne. The interior is in Bone white held and have the seats Tartan seat centers. Both vehicles have one Suspension with a specially made double wishbone front suspension and a particularly light rear suspension and join them Magnesium rims with central locking and Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires. And modern assistance systems like one ensure contemporary safety Traction and stability controlwhich, thanks to adjustable driving modes, help to get the ultimate lap time out of the Singer 911.
