Porsche 911 (996) Cabriolet with interior from tuner Vilner

It's hard to believe, but this 300 hp Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet has been around for over 20 years. But especially in the interior, the ravages of time have passed almost unnoticed. This was made possible due to a completely new leather interior from the Bulgarian tuner Vilner and many accents in blue & VCR. The tuner has extensively pre-buttoned the cabin of the 911 and has given it a comprehensive tuning cure with the highest quality materials. The 911 Carrera is not quite as brave as the shrill exterior, with accents in blue and copper / orange. The dashboard is wrapped in a brown leather with white and blue contrast stitching and the top is unique.

Baseball glove - X-shaped seam

Here there was an X-shaped seam in the style of a baseball glove. And a rather unusual combination was also used for the steering wheel. On the one hand there was traditional luxury wood and leather, but also a motor sport accent in the form of a blue 12 o'clock marker. Incidentally, the philosophy of the project shouldcomplexity“His and especially the baseball glove style seam really does that perfectly. It is also located on the sides of the seats and the design can also be seen on the underside of the door panels. And even that Door panels are interesting. There were large wooden inserts in combination with soft leather and soft cushions are also installed in the knee area of the center console.

no gray or black plastic panels

All standard gray or black Plastic panels are now in “Vilner Copper Rose”, which comes from the BASF range RM as a new color. By the way, we have already seen the paint on Vilner Datsun 280Z a year ago. The 'VCR' paintwork can be seen on the controls for the electric seats, the hood openers, the seat belt guides for the blue belts, the loudspeaker grilles, the selector lever automatic and also on the insert at the bottom of the gear lever. Small details such as the metal V badge on the steering wheel, the metal rivets over the glove compartment and the seats and the PORSCHE BY VILNER emblems on the backrests are, as always, typical of Vilner, to detail, Even the floor mats and sun visors are something special. Here too there was a lot of brown leather, there were rivets and on the panels the combination with blue accents. Incidentally, the cabin is rounded off with a "01/01" numbering.

Body kit and strikingly painted aluminum rims

Only on the outside is the 996 Carrera somehow a matter of taste as we find it. There was a body kit with front apron, side skirts, rear spoiler and a new rear apron and here too a lot of VCR accents. And that even applies to the new alloy wheels. The look outside takes getting used to and should not convince everyone. In our opinion, the cabin is beyond any doubt and makes the 911 mutate into an absolutely unique piece.
