The new TECHART titanium sports exhaust system with dynamic flap control. The new TECHART sports exhaust system made of titanium also acoustically transports the driver and front passenger into Sport mode. Dynamically controlled exhaust flaps ensure a real sound experience. The sound image is controlled automatically depending on the driving condition, as well as manually at any time by the driver himself. One turn of the driving mode switch is all it takes and the exhaust flaps create a particularly robust soundscape, including an emotional backfire when accelerating. With the built-in TECHART performance increase, in addition to the changed sound in the Sport and Sport Plus driving modes of the Carrera S and Carrera 4S, 60 HP of additional power is also available (vehicles without Otto particle filter: 80 HP). The TECHART titanium exhaust system saves 40% in weight compared to a stainless steel system. The system is delivered ready for installation and consists of the rear silencer with dynamically controlled exhaust flaps, the flap control unit and the associated wiring harness.

TECHART performance enhancements with TECHTRONIC motor management are an integral part of the TECHART performance options. In the 911 Carrera S and Carrera 4S with Otto particle filter, the TECHTRONIC Powerkit TA092 / S1 delivers an additional 44 kW (60 PS) and brings the total output to 375 kW (510 PS). The maximum torque increases by an additional 80 Newton meters to a total of 610 Newton meters.
