The Porsche Cup foiling is a long trend among Porsche drivers. This means the wrapping of a Porsche in cup design, i.e. the design that adorns the racing vehicles on the racetracks. There are countless cup design variants in all possible colors. But this Porsche 992 GT3 in cup design probably has the most unusual! The originally blue painted Porsche 911 992 GT3 should get an extraordinary design! But: no complete full wrapping was carried out, but blue paint highlights were taken into account in the wrapping and skilfully incorporated into the overall picture. First of all, the blue Porsche was given a matt silver garment. But only on the sides - the bonnet, roof and mirrors are still in the original paint color, as are the blue accents on the lower sill.

But the highlight are certainly the many different racetracks that adorn the sides and the front apron as well as the rear. For this extraordinary design, all well-known race tracks, including the Nürburgring and Hockenheimring, Spa and Monza, were neatly plotted and attached to the Porsche. Particular precision was required here so that the fine and thin lines were reproduced true to the original on the sports car. After the racetracks had been attached, further highlights were added to the design: the Porsche logo and the details on the bonnet, roof and spoiler.

Impressive record time on the Nürburgring with the 992 GT3

The Porsche lettering on the sides was subsequently glued over the matt gray foil and the race tracks. This creates a great feel, because the racetracks are still slightly depicted under the dark gray foil. Another eye-catcher: the lap time of the Nürburgring on the bonnet, which shows the speed of the Porsche 992 GT3. Because with 6 minutes and 59,927 seconds the Porsche Racing Team circled the Nordschleife of the Nürburgring with the new 17 and was thus 991 seconds faster than its predecessor, the 992. Cracking the seven-minute mark is an impressive record time that the 3 GTXNUMX make it even more popular. Of course, this time could not be missing on the Race Track Cup Design!

Design for race track fans and speed lovers

In this article about that, we already saw that the 992 GT3 belongs on the racetrack Push push design explained. But with this design we are probably proving that the race tracks also belong on the car. The colors harmonize perfectly with each other, the highlights are subtle, but still stand out and the feel of the foil is something very special!
