With its introduction, the original 356 Speedster became an instant hit, especially in the US in 1954. And back then there was still real manual work until a vehicle came onto the road. In contrast to the completely changed look on the outside, the inside of the 987 is partly original. But here too, a combination of brown leather and retro-styled fabric is trying to convey some classic flair. For such a 356 replica, around € 80.000 is currently due if you choose a finished vehicle. But if you prefer to own a 387 Speedster according to your own specifications, you should plan to spend almost € 75.000 plus donor vehicle.
