Elegant Stromer - Porsche Taycan on Vossen S17-04 Alus!

The Porsche Taycan Turbo S is incredibly fast! 560 kW are a real announcement and provide dizzying acceleration and dynamics. And with a length of 4,97 meters and an empty weight of well over 2 tons (approx. 2.400 kg). The Turbo S pounds over every type of route at lightning speed, turning precisely and simultaneously transmits everything the driver needs to know. This is made possible by the two built-in electric machines, which together provide 761 hp and a powerful 1.050 Newton meters in overboost. The power comes from an elaborately conditioned 93,4 kWh battery, the built-in 800 volt network and is powered by multi-link rear, aluminum wheel suspensions with double wishbones at the front, the so-called three-chamber air suspension, the Porsche all-wheel drive with torque vectoring at the rear, all-wheel steering and the electromechanical roll stabilization on the road. Sounds complex and it is!

But the result accelerates faster than a Panamera Sport Turismo Turbo S E-Hybrid, decelerates more aggressively than a 911 GT2 RS and is more luxurious than a Cayenne. A few more numbers? The 761 hp mentioned ensure acceleration values from 0 to 100 km / h in under 3 seconds, from 0 to 200 km / h it takes less than 9 seconds and only the top speed of 260 km / h is unusually low for a nearly 800 hp Porsche. And the repertoire of tuning components for the luxury liner with performance battery is currently unusually low. Apart from american tuner hennessey performance So far, hardly anyone has dealt with the high-tech Stromer. Only the rim manufacturer Vossen Wheels has now been enthralled to launch a wheel set for the Taycan. The filigree S17-04 forged rim! The high-quality aluminum wheel is installed on a white Porsche Taycan Turbo S and ensures with the 20 thin spokes in Satin Black a very successful appearance.

a wheel set costs five digits

Compared to the available and sometimes very massive aluminum from the factory a real improvement as we find. The 22 x 10 inch wheelset on the front axle is installed on the current vehicle and the rear axle is even equipped with a mighty 22 x 12 inch. And the wheelset is available up to a maximum of 24 inches and is therefore also suitable for large SUVs. Based on the starting price of the Taycan Turbo S of well over € 180.000, the wheelset is also extremely expensive. A single S17-04 costs over € 2.300 and for a 22 inch Michelin Pilot Sport tire you should plan around € 400 depending on the dimensions and load capacity. A wheelset easily costs around € 11.000 without installation and TÜV approval. The result can be seen as we find.
