At least 800 hp are part of the good form with the German tuner "Posaidon". Our article preview (further down) proves that impressively with a S63 convertible, with the sporty AMG GT R and also the current G-Class pushes the tuner from Mülheim-Kärlich on request on 800 horse. And, of course, the Mercedes-AMG E 63 S 4MATIC + T model (W213 series) should not be missing. Just over a year ago Posaidon has the sedan with a Performance enhancement featured on insane 880 PS and electronically limited 1.200 NM torque and now the practical station wagon follows. The pictures show a silky matt black lacquered copy (S213) as RS 830, that Posaidon is visually hardly distinguishable from the series. Only a subtle lowering has been given for the Stuttgart. This reaches Posaidon with an electronic lowering module, so that the factory 20 Zoll AMG forged wheels (9,5 × 20 inches ET25 front, 10 × 20 inches ET55, tires 265/35 ZR20 & 295/30 ZR20) are better stowed in the wheel arch.

Under the bonnet, the changes are much more intense. Here is the Posaidon RS 830 Expansion stage built in the Pampersbomber 830 PS and powerful 1.100 Nm torque. Compared to the series with 612 PS & 850 NM a big surcharge. But of course more than just a simple chip tuning is necessary to achieve these values. The 4,0-liter twin-turbo V8 (M177DE40AL) received two more powerful upgrade turbochargers, the intercooler was expanded and a sports air filter is also installed. In addition, there are thick downpipes with sport catalysts and the rest of the exhaust system has been optimized. Everything is combined with the in-house re-tuning of the engine control part (Chiptuning) and also the gearbox control unit and the powertrain received a new software.

Maximum speed about 350 km / h

And at the same time, the software also ensures the elimination of electronically sealed top speed, so that the E63s as RS 830 is now about 350 km / h fast. And he now completes the supreme discipline of sprinting at 100 km / h in just 3,0 seconds. And if that's not enough, you can even upgrade to 880 PS and 1.200 Nm torque. This will be sold as Expansion level RS 830 +, This should bring the 3 second mark to 100 km / h and the top speed to almost 360. Crazy… Incidentally, the photo vehicle carries a carbon package with carbon front splitter, diffuser insert, mirror caps or fender gills.
