Although the Audi A8 (Type D4 / 4H 2009-2017) as S8 or S8 plus in terms of performance quite on the level of a typical RS model, optically that is less the case. Especially the striking bumper with spoiler lip front or a rear apron with sporty diffuser are missing the Ingolstadt flagship somehow. But that's exactly what the Russian tuner wants TopCar change and published teaser pictures of an Audi S8 that has received a so-called "RS 900 body kit".
The body kit consists of a typical RS-style front bumper including front spoiler, lugs for the side skirts, a discreet spoiler lip for the tailgate and a sporty diffuser for the standard rear apron. The diffuser allows the integration of tailor-made square tailpipes of a possible sports exhaust system.
A new wheel set in an estimated 22 inches was also installed virtually and, thanks to a subtle lowering, brings the last bit of dynamism in and on the A8. But we are particularly interested in the name of the body kit - "RS900"! Is this an indication that the standard 605 PS & 700 NM torque should possibly become an incredible 900 PS?
While the production model already makes it to 3,8 km / h in just 100 seconds and enables a top speed of 305 km / h, a 900 hp variant would probably be significantly faster in every respect. We are extremely curious what we will hear about the RS 900 Kit in the near future. If we get specific details, there is of course an update for this story.
