This all-electric Land Rover Defender 110 comes from the team at ECD Automotive Design and is of course, as always, a handmade unique piece. The Defender 110 with all-electric powertrain is welcome to officially call itself a Electric mod designate, because the combustion engine under the hood is history. The ECD Automotive Design team are the leading specialists in the restoration of Land Rover vehicles. While ECD always stuffs a powerful V8 combustion engine into the Defender, this example has been a fully-fledged electric vehicle since the conversion. And one with an electric drive from Tesla Motors. Specifically, one was installed 450 hp electric motor in combination with one 100-kilowatt-hour battery pack. This takes about 4 seconds to country road speed and a maximum of 200 miles (approx. 322 km) should be possible with a full charge.

The one-of-a-kind was commissioned by a client in Los Angeles, California and is described as "perfect for dominating the urban jungle." As far as we know, there was a specially adapted one in the cabin Seat console for the driver's seat (smaller and deeper, for the new owner), with which the seat can be lowered and pushed further back. You can also see noble black Corbeau Trailcat sports seats with red accents and the dashboard is also covered with leather. The dashboard and center console were changed and completed with electrical ECD displays and as an option there was next to a black Momo Prototipo-Sport steering wheel plus classy billet metal knobs and switches.
