In our opinion HE is the ultimate "M"! The BMW M2 Competition. The compact coupe is increasingly becoming the real successor to the legendary M3 CSL and the absolute highlight is the engine of its big brother M3 / M4 under the hood. Even with the emotion killer "Otto particle filter" is already a factory sound quite a vocal sound, to the M3 E46, however, it is not enough. You have to come to terms with the current time definitely that an exhaust buffing when Gaspedallupfen, or directly after switching operations, not to hear and the R6 BiTurbo can only serve with a dull Bollern in the background. Fortunately, tuners like Dähler work with the COMPETITION LINE long since approved solutions to this problem.
BMW M2 (F87) Competition
And also the team around the tuner Precision Sport Industries (short PSI) is of the opinion that the M2 Competition is far from exhausted. Ultimate example of this is this copy which is equipped with a few modifications. Under the hood, for example, there was a VRSF downpipe in combination with a JB4 chip tuning from Burger Tuning. Although PSI currently does not give any details about the performance, under 500 PS it will probably not lie in any case. And visually, the M2 is even more aggressive. With BC Racing coilover suspension, there is a significant lowering for the Munich and fitting in the wheel arches now 19 inch large BC Forged RS41 forged wheels with a surface in matte bronze.
There was also a carbon body kit
A perfect decision in combination with the “Hockenheim Silver” paintwork. And the Competition has even been given a small aerodynamic kit. The Vorsteiner approaches for the carbon side skirts are sporty and aggressive and the M2 also features elegant carbon fiber components at the rear. A filigree spoiler lip and a sporty, aggressive diffuser were installed here. These components also come from Vorsteiner's shelves and the American manufacturer will soon be launching a spoiler lip for the front apron. Small details such as the front side markings painted in body color and the glossy black reflectors round off the M2 impressively at the moment.
In all likelihood there will be some more changes for PSI's Competition M2 in the future, and of course we'll keep you up to date.
