The team Race Chip Chiptuning has made the brand new 2018 BMW M5 F90. And what else could the goal have been than an increase in performance? The top model of the product range has been installed for this purpose Race Chip GTS Black and that ensures an increase in performance to a whopping 747 PS & 915 NM torque. Considering the factory performance of the S63B44Tx engine, of 600 PS (625 PS M5 Competition) & 750 NM, this is of course a huge leap. Specifically, this means an improvement of more than half a second when accelerating from 100-200 km / h.
The production vehicle completed the discipline in 6,888 seconds and the RaceChip variant in just 6,229 seconds. This makes the Munich family sedan faster than a Porsche 991 Turbo S and easily leaves the RS6 Avant or the E63s AMG behind. However, one has to mention that like almost every F90, this copy already produces significantly more than 600 hp ex works. The Munich-based company delivered massive 665 PS & 825 NM in series production.
