Renault R5 Turbo-Restomod as Turbo 3 from Legende Automobiles!

The so-called Restomods heavily trending. Especially as Electric mod. In other words, as an old vehicle that has been converted to modern electrical engineering. The best examples of such vehicles are the Unleashed E Type, Everrati 964 and of course the beautiful one EVO37 from Kimera Cars. And now it's even the turn of the legendary Renault 5 Turbo. Specifically the Turbo version from 1980 with mid-engine and rear-wheel drive. Although it had a huge turbo lag and also enjoyed torching from time to time, if it ran, then it was brutally fast. That was a little more reliable Renault 5 Turbo 2 from late 1982. It also had the 160 hp engine, but was a little heavier (970 kg instead of 900 kg) and hammered at country road speed in just 6,9 seconds. A total of 4.870 vehicles were produced and of these will now come in 2021 in the form of the "Turbo 3“Some on the street again. Not directly from Renault, but from Legend automobiles.

Legend Automobiles is planning a modern interpretation, but with the old attributes. Co-founder Alan Derosier published a couple of teaser pictures showing the 1980s remain, the Turbo 3 version is still "different". Mighty ones can be seen fender at the front and rear, modern LED lights, two angular tailpipes, there is an aggressive one rear diffuser and the front section with the large ones Air ducts as well as the fat rims are clearly trimmed for aggressiveness.
