Crazy Restomod Ford F-1 with 5.0-liter V8 engine!

It's hard to believe that under this, at first glance, relatively modern shell is a Ford F-1 from 1948. The first generation of the F-1 pickup has many fans, but this particular example is - say the least - strange. We can't really imagine that the classic will be very popular. It is currently on sale at $ 27.995. The base as a 1948 Ford F-1 is hardly recognizable. At least from the beginning. It has been fitted with a number of modifications, and the most bizarre shows up at the front. The majority of an F-series front was installed there. Unfortunately, with the body of the 1948 model, it looks kind of strange. The new headlights and grille as well as the bespoke chrome bumper just won't fit. And the set of 17 inch rims with glossy black and chrome-plated spokes is somehow out of place. Other external modifications include removed door handles, specially made tail lights and an individual paint job in blue.

the cabin is quite successful

The F-1 now opens its doors by remote control and the adjustments continue in the cabin. There is a new leather interior and changed door panels and everything is covered with black carpet. There are also electric windows, an AM / FM / CD sound system and a functional air conditioning system. There was also a nice three-spoke steering wheel and all in all, the interior, in contrast to the exterior, looks really good. And even the engine is a good choice. A 5,0-liter V8 vacuum cleaner with Griffin aluminum cooler, X-Pipe double exhaust system and an adjustable coilover kit as well as power steering, disc brakes and a four-speed automatic are also installed.
