Once again we have a beautiful Porsche 911 (964) Reimagined by Singer based on the principles of the well-known Dynamics & Lightweighting Study, also known as Porsche 911 DLS by Singer, for you. In contrast to the "usual" air-cooled restored Porsches with Restomod tuning the 911 DLS projects are carried out by the "British department' built by Singer Vehicle Design, which is one of the main reasons why some of the testing and development was done at the Nürburgring-Nordschleife. As far as the special example presented here is concerned, the 911 DLS Naples commission was recently presented by Singer on social media and it impresses with an incredible number of details. Naples is a left hand drive example commissioned by the future owner in carbon finish. The XNUMX features a carbon look with classic side stripes and Porsche logos as well as accents in lime green.

And the interior is more unusual than you might think at first glance. That's because the color combination has been flipped from the outside, so to speak. Inside, most of it is lime green and the accents in the form of visible carbon are much more subtle than on the back shells Sports Seats to see. Of course there is also a bespoke suede/leather weave in the center of the seats and of course the entire seating is made from lightweight carbon fibre. The Lime Green hue is also found on the dashboard molding and the centrally positioned one Rev counter is plated with 18k gold.

The lower surfaces are then again made of carbon mixed with an upper panel in lime green leather. Even the rear cross members are clad in Lime Green to match. And then there are the special details on the outside. About the green ones Fuchs rims and wide tires as well as the massive Ducktail. And of course we also have to mention the air-cooled 4,0-liter naturally aspirated engine with four valves per cylinder in the rear. The engine has also received many visible carbon details and was developed in cooperation with Williams Advanced Engineering. The engine has ram air intakes that are vented through the rear side windows. Next there was Titanium valves as well as upper and lower Injectors.

Moving on to the motor with a magnesium fan and a special one oil cooling system. The high-revving six-cylinder boxer engine delivers around 500 hp and transmits its power to the rear wheels via a lightweight six-speed manual gearbox with a magnesium housing. The tires are mounted on the already mentioned Fuchs-style rims, which are made of Magnesium consist and with Central locking are equipped. Incidentally, with regard to the tires, the decision was made to use the Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 type.
