But the company, which was founded by Herbert Hartge in the early 70s, finally ceased operations a few years ago. But now Rolf Hartge is back! And just like back then, at Carlsson Autotechnik GmbH with brother Andreas, the focus is again on vehicles from Stuttgart. As an official contract partner of Mercedes, models from Maybach and Mercedes are now available as "Hartge".

With son Hendrik a company was founded as the Rolf Hartgen GmbH hand over to the Swabian luxury liner. The highlight: Similar to Alpina is the Rolf Hartgen GmbH an own vehicle manufacturer registered in the Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA). And the company's website really accelerates right away. There are already modifications for the GLE, GLE Coupé, GLS, S-Class and the current Maybach X222 models. The focus is, for example, on the new weight-optimized Rolfhartge "ONE" forged wheels in 21 inches. Various optical components such as a new radiator grille, a sporty rear diffuser or the particularly distinctive "Shark Gills" grille inserts for the air inlets of the front apron are also available.

There are smaller components such as design stripes, own emblems and in the future also a lot of luxury for the interior. Here you want to redefine comfort, wellness and feel-good atmosphere. And sooner or later, there will probably be several performance improvements. Finally, Hartge was one of the first tuners to make chiptuning socially acceptable. We are looking forward to see which vehicles will be coming from Rolfhartge GmbH in the future and are particularly pleased to be able to relive this big name again.
