With this limited to only eight copies worldwide wide version makes the German tuner SPOFEC from the Rolls-Royce Dawn an even more exclusive open-air experience. The body modification of lightweight and high-strength carbon is complemented by tailor-made 22 light-alloy wheels, modified air-suspension control and a carbon-ceramic high-performance brake system. Thus, the extravagant luxury convertible is ideally suited for a powerful upgrade of the V12 twin-turbo engine to 505 kW / 686 PS peak power and 980 Nm torque. This sprints the SPOFEC OVERDOSE in only 4,6 seconds on Tempo 100.

The SPOFEC OVERDOSE wide version for the Rolls-Royce Dawn was developed in cooperation with the German designer Vittorio Strosek, who has been setting standards for almost four decades with his conversions for luxury automobiles. As a material for body modification, the high-tech material carbon was chosen. The material originating from the racing as well as the aerospace industry offers a unique symbiosis of light weight and strength. The high-quality workmanship of the composite parts on the Rolls-Royce Dawn together with the high-quality paint guarantee a flawless fit and surface quality.

The SPOFEC OVERDOSE wide version is strictly limited: For customers from all over the world, only eight Dawn cabriolets are dressed with this exclusive designer suit. With a width of 208 centimeters on the rear, proud 13 centimeters more than the production car, the refined luxury convertible is an eyecatcher par excellence. The curved OVERDOSE extensions for the rear side walls make room for SPOFEC SP1 10.5Jx22 alloy wheels, which are equipped with 295 / 30 ZR 22 high performance tires. The same design with ten dimensionally offset double spoke pairs is of course also used on the front axle.

Here, the series fenders are replaced with newly designed SPOFEC OVERDOSE specimens, which make the open 2 + 2 seater on the front axle seven centimeters wider. The adapted 9Jx22 wheels are equipped with 265 / 35 ZR 22 tires and can be delivered in any desired color. Optimally tuned to the 22 inch wheels of the OVERDOSE is the control module for the air suspension of the Rolls-Royce Dawn. Compared to the series, the convertible is lowered by about 140 millimeters up to a speed of 40 km / h. At higher speeds, the body automatically raises back to its original level.

The perfect transition between the front and rear OVERDOSE fenders form shaped side skirts. Their elaborate design perfectly completes the exciting two-door wasp waist created by the Breitversion. In addition, they make the refined convertible appear deeper and stretched. The rear brakes are supplied with cooling air through an air intake on each side. The face of the refined Rolls-Royce is made even more striking with the SPOFEC OVERDOSE front apron. It also reduces the lift on the front axle through its sophisticated design at high speed.

The new aerodynamic part completely replaces the series bumpers and creates a perfect transition to the wider fenders on the front axle. A special SPOFEC OVERDOSE apron was also developed for the rear, which blends in harmoniously with the two widenings. In addition, it gives the open RollsRoyce a sporty styling. The SPOFEC Visible Carbon Spoiler Lippe not only completes the bodyshell perfectly visually. It also helps to further optimize driving stability at high speeds.

As a particularly dynamic addition to the sporty look of the widescreen version, there is of course a SPOFEC performance upgrade: The processor-controlled N-TRONIC module, which is adapted to the engine electronics in a plug-and-play process, supplies the 6,6 liter twelve-cylinder biturbo of the Rolls-Royce Dawn special maps for injection and ignition and additionally moderately increases the boost pressure of the engine. The result is impressive: with 505 kW / 686 PS on 5.400 tours only, the tuned engine surpasses its base by 84,6 kW / 115 PS. Simultaneously, the maximum torque increases by 160 Nm to 980 Nm, which are already available at 1.800 rpm.

With this strong performance, SPOFEC's upgraded Cabriolet sprints from 4,6 - 0 km / h in just 100 seconds. Due to the high vehicle weight, the maximum speed is limited electronically to 250 km / h out of consideration for the tires. Even more important for everyday driving is the optimized power delivery of the supercharged V12 over the entire rev range, which ensures an even more superior driving experience. For OVERDOSE drivers who like to move their convertible sportily, we recommend the installation of the SPOFEC carbon-ceramic high-performance brake system.

The ventilated discs of sizes 405 x 30 front and 395 x 38 millimeters on the rear axle provide a further plus in deceleration performance and stability. In addition, the SPOFEC braking system saves weight compared to kilograms. The resulting reduction in unsprung mass also optimizes the handling of the exclusive Cabriolet. Further individual customer requirements are fulfilled by SPOFEC with tailor-made interior design in highest craftsmanship perfection.
