When you see the Rolls Royce Ghost "castle" you can hardly believe that someone is supposed to steal the show. But if we're honest it'll be the new one Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII probably create effortlessly. The new edition of the Phantom (Phantom VII), published 14 years ago, has brought the luxury brand back to where it belongs - to the forefront of automotive engineering. Since then, things have been going well for Rolls Royce and there is a high probability that the eighth generation will keep the traditional British brand in the black.
An indispensable part of the model range is the Ghost, which was presented to the public in April 2009 at the Auto Shanghai. Well over 5m long and equipped with either 570 or even 612 hp BMW N74 V12, the luxury coupé, which costs at least 282.000 euros, is attracting customers from a selected clientele of the top ten thousand. This pitch black specimen shows us that this clientele does not necessarily belong to a staid community. "Tuning" was on the agenda here and that is also good for a Rolls Royce Ghost.
The highlight is the black painted (glossy & matt) Vellano VTP wheel set in 24 inches which sits perfectly in the wheel arch thanks to a subtle lowering and ultra-thin low-profile tires. The typical Rolls Royce emblem is still present on the hub caps and of course the unsurpassed understatement of the luxury coupe. It seems as if the taillights have also been tinted and even the windows are clearly darkened all around.
Apart from that we did not notice any other modifications so we leave you alone with the pictures. 🙂 If we get details about further changes, there is of course an update for this story. About the update you will be informed if yours Feed subscribe to. Have fun watching the pictures and stay true to us!
