The theme of RTR Vehicles (Tuning company of professional drifter and Ken Block rival Vaughn Gittin Jr.) is currently working with Lebanon Ford Performance on the 2020 Ford Mustang GT (as Mustang Spec 5 10th Anniversary) which should receive up to 750 HP and on which Mustang RTR Spec 5 Super Muscle Car based. The tuner has been modifying Mustangs for years and for some time now pickups like the Ford Ranger or the big F-150. And Vaughn Gittin Jr.'s company is now celebrating its 10th anniversary and a particularly brisk Mustang is to be launched as a gift. It is limited to only 10 units and receives Spec 5 upgrades (RTR SPEC 5 10TH ANNIVERSARY) lots of extra power. The 5,0 liter V8 vacuum is equipped with a compressor (Ford Performance Phase 2 compressor kit), which is essentially responsible for the jump to 750 PS & 910 NM torque.

750 PS & 910 NM torque

Compared to the standard unit with 460 PS and 569 Nm torque, this is a clear leap. Then there is either the factory six-speed manual transmission or the optional 10-speed automatic. Both versions are of course adapted to the additional performance. Further highlights are a coilover kit for lowering including new stabilizers, there are 5 details of the limited Mustang Spec RTR drift car from Gittin Jr. and all around fender flares with exposed screw connections as well as the LED-illuminated grille are to be installed. The aprons (Front with color-contrasting spoiler corners and outer air control elements, also at the rear plus diffuser) adapted, there is a new bonnet with air outlets, large side skirts, new insert between the lights and a fixed rear wing.

5 different color accents are available

The different accents of the Lead Foot gray painted body (freely translated "lead foot gray") is available with a choice of 5 different color accents (Hyper Lime, Race Red, Orange Fury, Grabber Blue, Space White) and also a set of forged 20 inch aluminum with Nitto NT555 G2 slippers (285/30 front and 305/30 rear) is part of the conversion. And, of course, there are also a number of badges and references to the limitation that are not in the prettied cabin (Floor mats, gear knob, badge on the dashboard with signature) demonstrate. If we receive timely information on further changes, there is of course an update for this report. You will be informed if you simply use ours Feed subscribe to. His collection of books, magazines and brochures on the subject of car tuning has now reached such proportions that he himself has become a walking reference work for the tuning scene.  More about Thomas
