3,4 seconds to 100 and only 6,8 seconds later, the sound barrier of 200 km / h is broken in a hurry. We are not talking about an Audi RS6 Avant, it is not about the Ferrari 458 Italia, and the Porsche 911 GT3 (991) is not meant either. We are talking about the Siemoneit Racing Seat Cupra 300 which with insane 521 PS & 620 NM torque has significantly more power than the competition from JE design & Co. However, it should be noted at this point that this is a variant for export. If you want to drive the Siemoneit Racing Seat Cupra 300 in this country and comply with the TÜV, you have to go to "only“450 hp content.

But that too is still way more than many other tuners have to offer. But how is the whopping performance increase achieved? The software guru Stefan Siemoneit from Siemoneit Racing has the answer. The brand-open tuning company from Stade near Hamburg makes profound mechanical and electronic changes to the 4 cylinder unit of the Cupra and does not leave the periphery untouched. There are larger turbochargers, a high-flow intake system and also an improved intercooler including optimized air-handling system. Then you swap the turbo-inlet, turbo outlet and the pressure pipes so that the stability is guaranteed. It continues with stronger fuel pumps and an aluminum oil pan that has been milled from solid and can hold two liters of oil in addition.

in-house sports exhaust system "RipJaw"

In addition, an EEC Downpipe and the in-house sports exhaust system "RipJaw" with carbon fiber tailpipes and flap function ensure an appropriate soundscape and the last bit of power. And since, of course, in particular the 620 Nm torque are an announcement, a new clutch was not missing. Here you can install a strengthened 7-disc clutch that fits 750 NM away. Finally, the engine control and the DSG gearbox was adapted to the changes and the Cupra presses immediately from the aforementioned 521PS / 383kW and 620Nm to all four wheels. And so that the additional power also comes consistently on the road a special wheel-tire combinations was installed. The Cupra receives the in-house high-performance forged wheel "Vader" monoblock which consistently fills the wheel arches in the dimensions 8 x 19 inches with an ET45 and Michelin Sport Pilot Cup 2 tires in the format 235 / 35 ZR19 front and rear.

V3 + coilover suspension from KW Suspensions

That this only really looks good in combination with a lowering course goes without saying. Therefore, they decided on a V3 + coilover suspension from KW Suspensions which is variably adjustable in tension and rebound and which belongs to the best in the range of suspensions which is available for the Cupra. And of course you do not leave the standard brake system in the Spaniard. Siemoneit Racing installs the 370mm ceramic brake system of the Audi RS3 in the Cupra 300, thus ensuring significantly improved deceleration values. If we receive timely information on other changes not mentioned before, there is of course as always an update for this report.
