Stefan Siemoneit and his team skilfully replaced series components with in-house developments, installing larger turbochargers and new intercoolers and optimizing the standard air guidance system. In addition, Turbo-Inlet, Turbo-Outlet and the pressure pipes are exchanged to withstand the growing demands.

On the exhaust side, the North German engine developer installed a downpipe with HJS Euro 6 catalytic converters and combined these with his in-house, flap-controlled sports exhaust system "RipJaw". After the final electronic fine-tuning of the machine and DSG gearbox on the in-house four-wheel drive test bench, both engine power and propulsion are improved briskly: with 320PS / 236kW and 430Nm, the front-wheel drive Polo GTI accelerates to impressive 5,2 seconds (Series: 5,7sek.) H. And the top speed also benefits significantly from the tuning measures at 100 km / h - the series already bends at 256 km / h air resistance. For whom this is too much, SIEMONEIT offers two further performance enhancements: The Stage 240 and Stage 1 + software optimizations increase the series values ​​to powerful 1 or 245 PS. In order to convert this power into propulsion, special wheel-tire combinations are required: the athletized Polo GTI is therefore equipped with premium-quality Pilot Super Sport tires from premium supplier MICHELIN in the size VA / HA 250 / 215 R40 mounted on ATS alloy wheels.

The 7,5 × 18-spoke rims reduce the unsprung dimensions and thereby improve acceleration and braking behavior. To improve road holding, SIEMONEIT relies on a Clubsport suspension from KW Suspensions. Components from motorsport are also used in the interior: a roll bar individually manufactured by Wiechers Sport as well as Recaro sports seats and Sabelt H-belts increase the safety of the occupants and make the control center of the SIEMONEIT Racing Polo GTI a real eye-catcher.
