2021 Škoda Enyaq Sportline iV ex works with lowering!

With the ŠKODA ENYAQ SPORTLINE iV, a traditional model variant from the Czech car manufacturer has found its way into the all-electric SUV model from Mladá Boleslav. Black body applications, large light alloy wheels and a lowered sports chassis give the ENYAQ SPORTLINE iV a self-confident appearance and emphasize its dynamic driving characteristics. In the interior, sports seats with integrated headrests, a three-spoke leather multifunction sports steering wheel and inlays in carbon look define the ambience. ŠKODA will offer the SPORTLINE version of the ENYAQ iV with three engine variants. The ENYAQ iV 60 with 132 kW has rear-wheel drive as well as the ENYAQ iV 80 with 82 kWh battery, 150 kW power and a range of over 520 kilometers in the WLTP cycle. The ENYAQ iV 80x has two electric motors with a total of 195 kW and all-wheel drive. He will strengthen the range of models as the year progresses.

SPORTLINE - this name affix traditionally stands for a sporty look and dynamic driving behavior on ŠKODA models. With the ENYAQ SPORTLINE iV, ŠKODA will in future also be offering this model variant for the brand's first all-electric SUV, with a choice of three drive options. The ŠKODA ENYAQ SPORTLINE iV 60 has a 132 kW electric motor on the rear axle and a maximum torque of 310 Nm. The battery with a capacity of 62 kWh (net 58 kWh) enables a range of more than 400 kilometers in the WLTP cycle. In the ENYAQ SPORTLINE iV 80, the one with the larger 82 kWh battery (net 77 kWh) in the WLTP cycle over 520 kilometers¹ the rear engine delivers 150 kW. The ENYAQ SPORTLINE iV 80x also has this battery. Thanks to its second electric motor, it has all-wheel drive, an output of 195 kW and a maximum torque of 425 Nm. Its range is 500 kilometers in the WLTP cycle.

High driving dynamics with sports suspension and rear or all-wheel drive

The ŠKODA ENYAQ iV offers a lot of temperament with its high maximum torque, which is fully available when the accelerator is depressed due to the electric drive, and with its rear-wheel or all-wheel drive. This is particularly evident in the SPORTLINE version thanks to the standard sports suspension. It lowers the front axle by 15 millimeters and the rear axle by 10 millimeters. All three engine variants reach their maximum speed at 160 km / h. High-quality details in the exterior and interior underline the sporty look. ŠKODA also produces the SPORTLINE version of the ENYAQ iV at the main plant in Mladá Boleslav. It is the only model series based on the modular electrification kit (MEB) in Europe that the Volkswagen Group manufactures outside of Germany.

Sporty black body applications and full LED matrix headlights

With numerous glossy black elements, the powerful ENYAQ iV in the SPORTLINE version looks even more dynamic. The striking ŠKODA radiator grille, the window frames, the roof rails and the diffuser in the rear bumper contribute to this, as do the brand lettering in individual letters and the badges on the tailgate. The robust side skirts are designed in the color of the vehicle. In addition, the ENYAQ SPORTLINE iV has a specific front apron and SPORTLINE emblems on the front fenders. High-sheen light alloy wheels in exclusive SPORTLINE designs underline the self-confident appearance. The 20-inch version is called Vega, the 21-inch models are called Betria.

ŠKODA equips the ENYAQ SPORTLINE iV with full LED matrix headlights as standard. 24 individually controllable LEDs per matrix high beam module make it possible to drive with the high beam switched on without obstructing other road users. Vehicles, reflective people and other sensitive objects that are detected by the camera on the windscreen are automatically hidden from the light cone by the intelligent lighting technology.

Specific design selection for the SPORTLINE variant

ŠKODA has introduced an innovative interior concept with the new design selections for the ENYAQ iV. They are based on modern living environments in which perfectly coordinated colors and materials are used. The interior designers have created their own design selection for the ENYAQ SPORTLINE iV. The upholstery and headliner are mostly black. Decorative strips with a carbon look set visual accents on the dashboard and in the door panels. The black cover on the instrument panel has gray contrasting stitching and is made of synthetic leather. The SPORTLINE design selection also includes exclusive black sports seats with integrated headrests. The seat covers are made of suedia microfiber and have gray piping. The leather multifunction sports steering wheel with three spokes is part of the standard equipment. It offers the possibility to control numerous vehicle functions via easy-to-use buttons and knurled wheels. The leather-covered steering wheel rim has gray contrasting stitching, the lower spoke is adorned with a plaque with the SPORTLINE lettering. Pedal covers in aluminum look underline the look of the SPORTLINE Design Selection.
