The Team of DIESELPOWER race engineering makes the 2019 ŠKODA Kodiaq RS BiTDI (CUAA) stronger. Ex factory, the big Czech is already using 240 PS and he can even call himself fastest seven-seater SUV on the Nürburgring-Nordschleife. But only in view of the fact that apart from Sabine Schmitz, no one has ever set an official lap time on the Nürburgring-Nordschleife in this category. Skoda practically invented the category and the RS is currently at the forefront with a lap time of 9.29,84 minutes. In our opinion, the "RS" note is more than exaggerated, considering the only 240 hp and 500 Nm in a 1,9 ton SUV. A modified front bumper and other little gimmicks don't help either. And the guys from DIESELPOWER race engineering have probably seen it very similarly, who have now given the Kodiaq 2.0BiTDI (CUAA) an increase in performance by means of chip tuning. After all, the changes to the software alone ensure a performance increase of 40 PS and 80 Nm, which means that the RS now sends 290 PS & 580 NM to all 4 wheels. At least something on the level of a Cupra Ateca or Audi SQ2. Just a lot harder ...
