The parent company is based in South Korea, but the Kia Sportage has long been built in Europe, more precisely in Zilina, Slovakia. Perhaps that is also one of the secrets of the Euro-Asia's success, or the long guarantee or the low price. So that "or the crisp driving behavior" appears in this list in the future, the suspension specialists from H&R have now launched a sport spring set that sends the Sportage on new paths and shows what it really is. The springs, which are precisely matched to the Kia series dampers, lower the vehicle's center of gravity by approx. 35 millimeters on both axles, thereby significantly reducing body movements in fast corners or during evasive maneuvers.
H&R Trak + wheel spacers are also available
There is also a noticeably more direct turn-in. Nevertheless, the long-distance driving comfort is maintained, as is the good overview thanks to the high seating position. H&R Trak + wheel spacers made of high-tensile aluminum, which will be available shortly, promise even more profile. Optionally silver or black anodized, standard and accessory wheels can be aligned to the fender edges with millimeter precision. As usual at H&R, all products are delivered with the required parts certificate and are 100% Made in Germany!
