today we introduce you to a tuned BMW 1 M Coupe of the E82 model series. The car was not refined by a special tuning team, but as far as we know it was set up by a private tuning enthusiast (or rather wheels) who used tuning parts from several providers. Personally, I always like these tuning conversions best because such a car was usually refined much more individually than a car with a tuning program from only one provider. The optics of the 1 series have been extremely carefully tuned, which definitely benefits the car and makes the already beefy 1 series appear stronger and sportier. Of course, the main part is made up of the built-in MORR Wheels wheelset for which we unfortunately have no further data. The rims are optically MORR SpunForged FS77 close, but when I look at the mounting of the wheel bolts, you can see differences. We already know a few details about the tuning and the parts installed on the BMW 1 M Coupe. What we have learned we have listed below for you in a summary.

Ps. Even more privately tuned vehicles can be found in ours Selfmade category!

Data on the standard BMW 1M Coupé: (Bi-Turbo N54 engine, 3,0-liter, 340 PS (250 kW) at 5900 rpm, 332 lb-ft (450 Nm) torque at 1.500 to 4.500 rpm, overboost function - total torque 369 Nm ( 500 Nm), six-speed manual transmission, limited-slip differential, 0-62mph (0-100 km / h) in 4,3 seconds, top speed 155 mph (250 km / h)

Certainly, new information and certainly new pictures and videos about this car will soon be online. As soon as this is the case, we will of course inform you and put the new data online.

His collection of books, magazines and brochures on the subject of car tuning has now reached such proportions that he himself has become a walking reference work for the tuning scene.  More about Thomas
