Sporty Mercedes-Benz Citan CDI (W415) from VÄTH

One thing is clear, you want to talk about 800PS in the CLS, 750PS in the E-Class or an extremely potent one 680PS C-Class then there is hardly a way around VÄTH Automobiltechnik GmbH. But what if the “normal” can't or doesn't want to afford an AMG? Then he can also take a look at Hösbach (in the Lower Franconian district of Aschaffenburg) because the Mercedes-Benz Citan CDI is now also being modified there (Factory internal called W415) and makes the VW Caddy competitor fit for the boulevard. Of course, the Citan does not have to do without an increase in performance and so the CDi gets an increase in performance to 135 PS & 320 Nm torque and lets the Citan run a maximum of 165 km / h. The look of the Stuttgart was of course not neglected and so new step boards made of polished stainless steel outer tubes including stainless steel sheet support, a loading sill protection made of stainless steel or new radiator grille strips in chrome look are used.

So that the new sporty look can be implemented in connection with the increase in performance, the Citan was given new 18 inch shoes and a set of sport springs. The guys around the VÄTH Automobiltechnik GmbH team presented the Citan the days and of course we have to show it to you too. After the tuning cure that the W415 was allowed to endure, it is now much more exciting, more individual and also more dynamic than the production version and shows how attractive a panel van can be.
