ST XTA plus 3 coilover kit with top mount for BMW M3 & M4!

The ST XTA plus 3 coilover kit gives every vehicle a noticeable plus in driving dynamics and handling. This is even the case with sporty mid-range models such as the BMW M3 Sedan and the BMW M4 Coupé. Responsible for the performance gain are the KW dampers used, which in the ST XTA plus 3 can be independently adjusted in the low-speed compression stage, high-speed compression stage and low-speed rebound stage. In addition, the coilover kit has adjustable unibal dome bearings on the front axle and racing springs. The ST XTA plus 2.828, which costs from 3 euros, also enables maximum lowering. According to the parts certificate, the M3 sedan (F80) and the M4 coupé (F82) can be continuously lowered between 15 and 40 millimeters on both axles. Optionally, the ST XTA plus 3 coilover kit can also be ordered individually in terms of spring coating, spring lettering and ST suspensions plans to offer different spring packages with different spring rates in the near future.

For the BMW M2014 Sedan (F2018) built from 3 – 80 and the BMW M2014 Coupé (F2020) built from 4 – 82, there are now more chassis components from ST in the delivery program. In addition to the coil springs available from 820 euros and the ST XTA coilover suspension with adjustable rebound (1.638 euros), the ST XTA plus 3 coilover suspension (2.828 euros) was released at Tuning World Bodensee. Compared to the other ST coilover kits, the preset damper setup of the ST XTA plus 3 can be individually adjusted in various parameters in just a few simple steps. Due to the wide range of separately adjustable compression and rebound stages, the ST coilover suspension allows almost any set-up wish for a road suspension to be taken into account. The low-speed and high-speed compression forces can be adjusted with 24 clicks each. 16 clicks are available for the low-speed rebound. The adjustable rebound stage influences, among other things, how quickly the chassis rebounds when the springs are compressed when the load changes.

In conjunction with the spring rate of the chassis spring, the compression stage influences the immersion speed of the piston rod in the damper. In addition, the compression stage also affects the pitching and rolling movements of the body and the steering behavior. With performance suspensions such as the ST XTA plus 3 coilovers, the low-speed and high-speed specifications refer to the movement speed of the piston rod when it moves in and out. Slow piston rod movements are typical steering movements and, for example, braking before corners; while rapid piston rod movements are caused by road bumps caused by bumps and transverse joints in the road. With the BMW M3 (F80) and BMW M4 (F82), support bearings on the front axle spring struts are an integral part of the scope of delivery. They make the steering much more precise than with dome bearings with rubber-metal elements. In addition, the wheel camber can be adjusted using the ST top mount.

ST Make it Yours – brings color into play

Like all ST coil springs and ST coilovers, the ST XTA plus 3 coilover kit is part of the so-called "Make it Yours" program. The XTA plus 18 coilover suspension can be ordered in 3 different surface colors from specialist dealers and directly from the suspension manufacturer. The springs can also be labeled individually. Optional spring packages are in preparation for the ST XTA plus 3 coilovers for the BMW M3 (F80) and BMW M4 (F82). These are springs with a different spring rate in order to be able to adapt the ST XTA plus 3 to lightweight modifications, for example. The ST XTA Plus 3 coilover kit is now available including a partial certificate from 2.828 euros.
