The Lada Niva (WAS-2121 Niwa) has been a veteran of the Russian automobile manufacturer for decades AvtoVAZ that produce the SUV in Tolyatti. He is the founder of the class of compact and cheap off-road vehicles with a self-supporting body. Developed again and again, the WAS-2121 has been built for almost five decades and already in 2002 the 1.5 million vehicles sold had been easily broken. So everyone knows the Niva! And again and again the rustic off-roader is also the victim of crazy tuning ideas like us this ultra slammed variant or the mighty 6 × 6 version of Garage 54 to prove. And now we have found another crazy specimen with the so-called Stance tuning and wilder Camber configuration draws attention to itself.

Airride, Toyota Motor & Bucket Seats

In other words, the Niva did not get a lift and powerful off-road tires, but was lowered to the last millimeter and fitted with multi-part drop center rims that would never forgive an excursion into rough terrain. As already mentioned, the wheelset is in the so-called Camber-Style installed what with this vehicle, especially on the front axle, results in a huge camber. Again and again this kind of tuning triggers wild discussions and on a Niva 1600 heated debates should definitely be pre-programmed. The changes to the vehicle are, however, well done, as we find, and not cobbled away without a plan. The body is extremely clean and wrapped in a beautiful metallic green and also the 17 inch Magic Dish wheelset with a little AMG look, 245/40 ZR17 slippers and the copper-colored rim base is extremely chic. But the changes are by no means all mentioned. This vehicle has been modified much more elaborately, as you might suspect at first glance.

with automatic transmission and with sunroof

By the way, there's a much more powerful Toyota Chaser engine (JZX90 4S) working under the hood and the cabin is completely turned inside out. Like the exterior of the body, it is also reduced to the bare essentials and no longer has a back seat, for example. For this there were ultra-light bucket seats, a 3-spoke sports steering wheel with a wooden rim and the selector lever for the built-in automatic is shown in the middle. And something of the Airride air suspension with Berkut R20 compressor can also be seen. Even a sunroof has been retrofitted and there are more for the future - currently unknown to us - Conversion measures planned. So you can be curious! If we receive timely new information about the planned changes, there is of course an update for this report. You will be informed if you simply use ours Feed subscribe to.
