The new Bentley Continental GT Cabriolet is, in our opinion, the ultimate way to enjoy a + 200.000 € luxury liner open. And it does not matter if the 635 PS V12 slumbers under the hood or the smaller 550 PS four-liter V8. Either way, it can be done in just under four seconds on 100 km / h and whether you are traveling with a maximum of 318 km / h in V8 or with 330 km / h in V12 probably should play rather a minor role. And after the German tuner Startech already in March this year, a comprehensive tuning package for the closed coupe presented now follows, punctually to the IAA 2019, that modified convertible. The changes are understandably identical to the closed version. There are subtle visual carbon details and, on request, a new wheelset.
STARTECH Bentley Continental GT Convertible
The most striking component is probably the front apron which makes the front of the GT look even sportier with an elegant carbon fiber insert. There are mirror caps made of carbon and another striking component is located at the rear of the GT. There, Startech installs a sporty carbon diffuser with 2 fins and LED lighting module. The central LED light in the diffuser acts either as a rear fog lamp or as a reversing light. Furthermore, there is also the filigree spoiler lip on the tailgate in the classy carbon fiber for the convertible. And the well-known Startech Monostar M forged wheels with their five double spokes and the hub cover in central locking look really worked. In the photo vehicle they are painted glossy black and give a view of the large Bentley brake system with the red painted calipers free. The exact dimensions are 10Jx22 inches in front and 11,5Jx22 inches in the back.
275 / 35 ZR22 and 315 / 30 ZR22 slings
The tires come in the format 275 / 35 ZR22 and 315 / 30 ZR22 and are of the type Pirelli P Zero. And so that the wheelset sitting so nicely in the wheel well, you built a lowering (electronic lowering of the air suspension) and thus provides more driving dynamics. And even a completely refined interior is possible at any time. Here, the in-house saddlery of Startech ensures that every customer request can be implemented individually. For example, the factory precious wood elements can be removed and replaced with high gloss sealed carbon divider with checkered flag structure. Next is a stainless steel sport exhaust system (Flap function, W12, export) and various wheel spacers. Only an increase in performance has apparently not yet been in the repertoire.
