Ok, certainly many consider an extensive body kit for the rare Subaru Levorg about as useful as bringing another design for a fidget spinner onto the market. But the Subaru Levorg is not everywhere (stands for Legacy / Revolution / Touring) as rare as ours in Germany. It is a popular vehicle, especially in Japan, and especially the 300 PS 2.0 DIT variant is in demand there. Quite a reason for the Japanese tuner Rowen International to make this effort and the Levorg miss something WRX style. A first preview of how the whole look should look like we already had at the end of March with a few presented virtual images and now he is done.

And actually everything was implemented exactly as it was planned. The body kit called "RR" consists of a newly developed bumper with LED daytime running lights at the front, a radiator grille without a Subaru emblem, side skirts, a new rear bumper with side gills and an integrated diffuser with rear fog light, a discreet spoiler lip on the tailgate and an extremely eye-catching roof wing.
In addition, the rear fenders are provided with discreet widenings that fit well with the overall picture. The presentation vehicle is of course visually underlined by a lowering and a new set of aluminum rims which should have about 19 inch format and is painted in classic silver. And the Japanese tuner also has a stainless steel sports exhaust system in its repertoire and this rounds off the massive rear with its four tailpipes. On the other hand, there are no changes to the bonnet because it comes from the factory with its huge air inlet and helps the 1,6 l “little motor” to get enough fresh air.

Visually very clearly a typical Japanese who will get a lot of feedback, at least in the land of the rising sun. - possibly a performance increase - (chip tuning, tuning box, compressor or turbo conversion, NOS etc. - more information is not available)
- various sports exhaust systems (e.g. with blue-burned tailpipes)
- Wind deflectors on the doors

For the year 2018 has become the Japanese tuner ROWEN INTERNATIONAL Once again the spacey bodykit of the Subaru Levorg made and presented next weekend at the Tokyo Auto Salon 2018 a snow white painted exhibition vehicle. The background is that the Subaru has given the striking Levorg a facelift that is most visible at the front.

There are now C-shaped LED daytime running lights that have been integrated directly into the LED headlights. Dynamic cornering lights and LED fog lights are now also available and give the front a more modern style. The front apron is discreetly revised and the same applies to the radiator grille. Actually, hardly anything has changed at the rear, so it's no surprise that Rowen has just adjusted the spoiler lip to the 2018 front bumper.
