The guys from BBR GTi (Brodie Brittain Racing) have pre-buttoned the 2019 Mazda ND MX-5 / Miata with 184 hp. The "Super 2.0" and "Super 184" kits are now available for the 6 Skyactiv G-5 engine with Euro 2018d-TEMP emissions standard of the MX-200 ND from year of construction 220. And considering the fact that it is a purely naturally aspirated engine, the increases in performance are quite considerable. With the in-house StarChip ECU tuning box, stainless steel manifold and a cold air intake with K&N sports air filter, the performance of the gasoline engine as “BBR Super 200” increases to 202 hp.

And whoever opts for the "BBR Super 220 conversion" will even receive an upgrade to 221 hp in combination with special high-performance camshafts and modified valve springs. A sports exhaust system with a 2,5-inch center silencer and various rear silencers are also available, and sports catalytic converters are also available on request. These components can tickle even more horsepower from the four-cylinder.
