Great success for YOKOHAMA and Japanese off-road star Ikuo Hanawa. Last Saturday, March 12, 2022, it finished the traditional US off-road race "Mint 400" through the US state of Nevada in second place in class 7 for near-series pick-ups. Hanawa's Toyota Hilux was not only branded with the lettering and the company colors of the Japanese tire manufacturer, but was also equipped with the GEOLANDAR M/T tire in size LT285/75R17. The 400-mile race (around 644 kilometers) is one of the oldest off-road events in America and covers around 644 grueling kilometers through open desert terrain near the gambling metropolis of Las Vegas.

At the "Mint 400" a total of ten starters in four classes put their trust in different GEOLANDAR tires from YOKOHAMA.
