Ever since Tesla put the Model S & Model X on the road, it has been proven that fully electric vehicles do not have to carry the nineties charm of a Toyota Prius. It is no longer a secret that they are sometimes even significantly superior to more powerful petrol engines in terms of performance, and this makes the electric car a cool lifestyle object. Of course, tuners like that too TSportlineRevoZport or Unplugged performance not hidden and these have long been developed complete aerodynamic packages for the trendy Stromer. The German team of Prior Design has decided not to leave these providers without a fight and now offers the PD-S1000 Aero Kit for the Tesla Model S. The focus was not on a complete change of design but on emphasizing the existing, and very elegant, shapes in just the right places.

Prior officially presented the kit as part of their current Monaco Tour on a beautifully matt white foiled Model S. In the principality, the place to be for the top ten thousand, they rolled their Model S version, based on the P100D model series, into a flash of flashlights. With an acceleration of only 2,4 seconds to 100 km / h and a range of a good 620 km, the P100D is the figurehead for Tesla, but the PD version shows that you can still do something optically. A new bumper including a front spoiler sword was developed for the front, which makes the visual appearance much more dynamic and aggressive. The package also includes new side skirts and a new rear apron including diffuser. And while you usually expect tailpipes of a sports exhaust system, this is of course not the case with the electrically powered P100D, but that doesn't detract from the whole thing because even without huge stovepipes at the rear, the Model S looks extremely successful and dynamic.

The body kit, which consists of a fiberglass-Duraflex mixture, is rounded off with a tailgate spoiler that should also convey one or the other kilogram of contact pressure. If that is not enough for you, you have the option of ordering the body kit in noble full carbon. Of course, a new set of wheels is also part of the program and the in-house PD5 Forged rim in a dynamic ten-spoke design was installed in the front in 9 × 21 inches with 245/30 ZR21 tires and in the rear in 10,5 × 21 inches with 295 / 25 ZR21 Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires are installed. And the Model S has clearly been lowered significantly, here an electronic lowering module ensures that the standard air suspension allows the body to face the road.

Like all vehicles from Prior Design, a refined interior is also available for the Model S and you can choose from elegant nappa leather and Alcantara landscapes with a lot of carbon details.
