We already had in our contribution to the ARES Performance Tesla Model S Shooting Brake noted that even the British tuner QWest Norfolk is working on a practical MODEL S SHOOTING BRAKE variant of the Stromer. The company, which specializes in carbon, has decided to convert it appropriately with lots of carbon fiber (Body parts made of carbon fiber laminate) and aluminum and parts of the carbon are even visible on the boot lining. The completely modified roof of the Model S 90D allows significantly better headroom on the back seat and, in addition, a better view to the outside through the large panoramic windows behind.
Supposedly, it has even managed to leave the combo aerodynamic in the wind as the sedan and of course there are with 945 liters of boot volume here also a lot more (+ 200 liter). By the way, due to the lightweight body parts, the vehicle weight drops by a good 12 kilograms. QWest would now like to offer the conversion in series and those who are interested in it must expect a waiting time of about 10 weeks. At the moment, however, the costs are exorbitantly high with 84.000 $ and QWest hopes to lower the price significantly with increasing demand. After all, there is already one Model X.
