Has earlier this year Hennessey already impressed the Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye with HPE1000 kit presented. And now there is a video of another screaming Hennessey Redeye animal that we can of course not withhold from you. But already at work, the SRT Redeye is a paradise for car enthusiasts who love performance and typical V8 sound. After all, the Chrysler HEMI 6.2 Supercharged V8 conjures up massive 808 PS & 959 NM from the hat. But the HPE1000 goes one better, as the following video shows.

2,65-liter Magnuson compressor system

The kit includes a 2,65 liter compressor system, new catalysts, an improved pulley and a new throttle body. In addition, a compressor bypass valve, a new exhaust system and a few other components. The result is measured 1.035 hp and 1.285 Nm (948 lb-ft) torque and thus key data from a Bugatti Veyron. The full power is available from 6.500 rpm and the V8 should turn at least 4.200 rpm in order to be able to use the maximum torque. The only requirement is racing gasoline with more octane.

Thomas Wachsmuth - He has been an integral part of tuningblog.eu since 2013. His passion for cars is so intense that he invests every available penny in them. While he dreams of a BMW E31 850CSI and a Hennessey 6x6 Ford F-150, he currently drives a rather inconspicuous BMW 540i (G31/LCI). His collection of books, magazines and brochures on the subject of car tuning has now reached such proportions that he himself has become a walking reference work for the tuning scene.  More about Thomas
