The German company Huber Automotive from Mühlhausen near Stuttgart sends the Toyota Land Crusier including an electrical package Underground. The off-roader was specially converted by Huber for underground mining and is called "RUN-E Electric Cruiser". The basis for the conversion is provided by Land cruiser j7 and this works with an electric drive 122 PS (90 kW) and has a maximum torque of enormous 1.410 Newton meters. This means that the off-roader with an e-heart can run at speeds of up to 130 km/h and in the field there are up to 15 percent incline 35 km/h makeable.

With the standard version, gradients of up to 45 percent are possible and if you choose the additional equipment "High-Offroad", then the Japanese can, at least in theory, even up to 95 percent climb up. And so that the special use in mines works permanently, the battery was built into one waterproof and fireproof Casing. There are also CO2 and humidity sensors and even an automatic switch-off is installed for safety. With the 35 kWH battery, a range of up to 150 kilometers on the road and 80 to 100 kilometers in off-road conditions is possible.
