2023 Toyota Agya GR Sport with body kit and chassis parts!

Toyota is known in part for selling rebadged vehicles. In India it is common for Suzuki models to be sold under a different name, and in Indonesia or Malaysia Daihatsu and Perodua models are offered as Toyota. Even in Europe there is one vehicle that is available as both Toyota and Subaru, namely the GR86 aka Subaru BRZ. This badge engineering strategy distinguishes the world's largest car manufacturer today and the cooperation partners are integrated into the common parts strategy. Today we would like to introduce you to the Toyota Agya GR Sport, a micro car also sold as Daihatsu Ayla or Perodua Axia in Southeast Asia.

Tuning the smallest!

However, the Toyota Agya is GR sports the only one of the siblings with an aggressive bodykit and chassis modifications is available. A redesigned front bumper with large air intakes, a large Lexus-style grille and a sporty one front spoiler, testify to the intention to make the Agya GR Sport attractive to young, dynamic customers.

pronounced side skirts and other aerodynamic add-on parts, such as a roof spoiler, raise the little one to a hitherto unknown level of sportiness. There are also 15-inch double-spoke alloy wheels with a star effect and a gray finish that look dynamic and match the Agya's upbeat appearance. A sportier suspension tuning than in the braver brothers is also used, however save Performance increase.

The interior is also sporty!

With regard to the interior design, the Agya GR Sport also knows how to convince. Red decorative stitching including GR emblems on the leather steering wheel, the seats and the door panels indicate the sporty model of Toyota's smallest for the Southeast Asian market.

A 1,2-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine drives the Far East Mini!

In terms of performance, the little one is not as sporty as its looks would suggest. 87 hp from a 1,2-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine are sufficient in city traffic, but the vehicle does not tear out trees with it. The maximum torque is also only a meager 113 Newton meters. Unfortunately, we have no information about the driving performance.

Our conclusion:

  • More appearances than reality! Young customers who value a sporty look should make a good catch with the Toyota Agya in GR trim. However, if you want more power, you will be disappointed. If we get more information, there is of course an update for this report. You will be informed about this if you simply use our Feed subscribe to. Have fun watching the pictures and stay true to us!
