And the conversions on the basis of the new Supra continue for the SEMA Auto Show 2019, which is still running today. With the Concept Toyota Supra as a "Heritage Edition", the Japanese, in addition to the HyperBoost Edition, the 3000GT Concept, the Performance Line Concept and the Wasabi Concept another hot iron in the fire. With "over 500 PS" the red fire chair shows what you can get out of the BMW B58 six-cylinder, and at the same time it gave it a damn cool look. The vehicle was built in cooperation with “Precision Turbo and Engine”, who of course optimized the turbocharger of the 3,0-liter six-cylinder. It now processes 18 percent more air and also has a special carbon air intake system and a three-inch sports exhaust system for a species-appropriate soundscape.

increased from 340 to over 500 PS

The engine also hides under a special black Domstrebe. And so that all changes to the engine harmonize with each other, an in-house chip tuning had to be done to bring the "Mission Performance" into being. But apart from the increased performance, the Supra Heritage Edition especially convince with the successful visual accents. As would be on the one hand, the sporty body kit all around, in particular, the large retro-rear wing heard, on the other hand, there were still small details that the layman probably only at second glance. For example, Toyota has equipped the headlamps, taillights and other body parts with the design of the legendary MK4 Supra. In particular, this applies to the new 3D taillights with CNC-milled lenses.

The parts are so chic that every Supra fan will want to find them in the accessories. With exactly these rear lights, the Supra could have come from the beginning, right? And that also applies to the aforementioned body kit. Toyota installed a large front splitter from the "Motorsports Technical Center" which was created in cooperation with "LG Motorsports" and the retro rear wing also came from the tuners. The huge rear diffuser, on the other hand, is built by "MTC" and "Cripworks" and integrates the two central exhaust pipes of the aforementioned sports exhaust system. Toyota has also reworked the openings in the fenders and finally wrapped the entire body in a beautiful "Re-Entry Red".

Forged wheels from HRE Performance Wheels

And of course, the wheelset should not go unmentioned. The wheel arches accommodate 19 forged wheels from HRE Perfromance Wheels, and more specifically, the P107SC. Equipped are the black Alus in double-five-spoke design with Toyo Proxes R888R tires in the format 305 / 30 / 19 rear and 295 / 30 / 19 front. Looking through the spokes, Brembo's 15 inch brake system with six pistons at the front and four at the rear, and a threaded suspension kit from TEIN, perfectly fit the wheel set in the wheel arches of the Heritage Edition. Apart from a beautiful BiColor leather interior in red and black, we are not aware of any other changes in the cabin. If we get more information soon there is of course an update for this report.
