Extreme - TTN Hypersport Ford Ranger as F-150 clone!

Although there are always companies that aim to adapt the popular Ford Ranger to the powerful look of the large F-150, as concrete as the TTN Hypersport from Thailand has been, so far none has been. They not only installed larger wheels, a lift kit and maybe a few new aprons, but also created a Ford Ranger with F-150 Raptor optics with deceptively real components. And the changes do not only refer to the extremely successful front, but extend to the rear. But let's start from the beginning. Here, the entire front section with robust apron including LED daytime running lights, the headlights, the widened fenders, the LED grille with FORD lettering and the bonnet with power domes from the Ford F-150 Raptor were modeled and adapted to the smaller ranger.

But that's not all! The fender flares at the rear including wheel arches, the apron, the tailgate with a striking bezel including the Ford logo and the LED taillights apparently come directly from the big brother and are flawlessly fitted into the body of the Ranger. This is made possible by a body kit made of polycarbonate and glass fiber that is laboriously brought to the ranger and later has to be completely painted. As far as we know, the striking headlights at the front and rear are not original components from the F-150, but rather modified accessory lights. With such a conversion, you put the brand new Ford Ranger Thunder special model for Europe in the shade and even the original EU Ranger Raptor from Ford (is built in South Africa with a double cabin) based on the model of the F-150 with off-road and sports technology can not keep up in the approach. And TTN Hypersport does not leave it with a single piece, but has already converted so many vehicles that it is almost like a small series production.

As an option, the vehicles can also be equipped with a powerful lift kit, a wide variety of wheelsets with different tires and other details such as individual side skirts, underrun protection right up to powerful towing eyes and towbars. Only in terms of performance does TTN Hypersport seem the wrong contact. So far, all vehicles with the standard 2,2-liter engine with 160 hp and 6-speed automatic transmission seem to have left the hall. This is where the difference to the 3,5 liter V6 turbo engine with 450 hp from the real Raptor becomes clear. But tuners like Tickford have a solution if necessary! Unfortunately, we do not currently have any more details about the complex conversions from Thailand. If we receive timely information on further changes not previously mentioned, there is of course an update for this report.
