Video: Terminator X Zombie Van - VW Microbus with LS-V8

This BiTurbo LS-V8 VW microbus is definitely not a hippie van. He doesn't want to be associated with the Woodstock hippies and long-haired surfers, but was celebrated at the "LS Fest 2020". The MAD-Max-inspired Bulli with space for "only 2 people" was a guest there. And where the rear bench seats are normally installed, a huge LSx V8 engine with two turbochargers was installed. In addition to the two turbos, there were other upgrades such as a Holley Dominator EFI, etc. And the Mad Max Microbus was apparently built for drag racing competitions. This is shown by the massive rear tires on beadlock rims, the thin slippers in the front, the Alcantara sports steering wheel, the racing gear lever, the digital display from Holley EFI and other racing-oriented upgrades. But the look is completely crazy and has little to do with a racer. There's a skull-themed front bumper, sketchy welds, and spiked wheel nuts. A typical apocalyptic look from a Hollywood flick.

About Thomas Wachsmuth

Thomas Wachsmuth - He has been an integral part of tuningblog.eu since 2013. His passion for cars is so intense that he invests every available penny in them. While he dreams of a BMW E31 850CSI and a Hennessey 6x6 Ford F-150, he currently drives a rather inconspicuous BMW 540i (G31/LCI). His collection of books, magazines and brochures on the subject of car tuning has now reached such proportions that he himself has become a walking reference work for the tuning scene.  More about Thomas
