Of course, more power and loud sound can't be everything because the whole thing would somehow be brought onto the road. This arduous task is now performed by powerful Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R motorsport tires including street legal, which somehow try to implement the mechanical grip of the Versus M4 GTS. In view of the 730NM torque, of course, anything but an easy task. But with the 295 / 30R19 format "all around“The conditions could hardly be better and the cornering speeds increase immensely because the front axle in particular now offers significantly more grip. The new tires were of course not mounted on the standard rims, but the M4 got a three-part BBS FI Motorsport wheelset with an impressive size of 10 × 19 inches, which is almost the maximum dimension for the sporty Munich coupe. A highlight in addition to the look of the rims is the very low weight with which the unsprung masses are significantly reduced, which is reflected in improved driving behavior. Of course, the M4 should not stand on long legs and a fully adjustable KW Clubsport 3-way coilover kit with competition tuning was installed, which is also very beneficial in terms of performance. Thanks to the Versus Performance GT4 rear wing with a carbon air guide element, the rear axle received a lot more contact pressure on the rear axle and thus ensures significantly better handling, especially at high speeds. More power should of course be braked much more consistently and so the M4 got a high-quality carbon-ceramic brake system, including built-in steel-flex brake lines and special endless brake pads & brake fluid, decelerated significantly more powerfully and, especially when used on the racetrack, almost no signs of fatigue leaves.

And inside, too, because here high-quality Schroth Profi III 6-point belts with a chic Versus Performance design were installed for a better hold in the new Recaro Pole Position leather / Alcantara seats and, as is typical for GTS, the Right out the back seat. The Versus Performance Clubsport roll bar, which is clearly painted in the vehicle color, is double-X wide and protects the driver and front passenger from serious injuries in the event of a crash. And that the whole thing is not just a show, Versus Performance proves with a lap time on the small circuit of the Hockenheimring with 1: 10.3 seconds and on the Nordschleife in 7: 17.8 minutes.
