Actually, one would think that the moving airlock in the form of Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe already ex works more than just super noble and luxuriously equipped. Bigger and more expensive to drive open than with a Drophead Coupe? Not possible… At least € 440.300 should be budgeted for and there is then a 5,61 meter long and almost two meter wide convertible with teak, 2,6 tons weight, V12 engine and niceties such as meters of leather, deep-pile carpet or a tailor-made picnic Case in the trunk is convincing. But the Vilner team proves with this vehicle that it can be even more exclusive. The tuner has created an ambience in real gentlemen's club style that exactly matches the style of the vehicle.
Square-white leather covers the door panels and the seats and the sewn-in ones are striking Double-R-pattern, They represent Sir Frederick Henry Royce (born on March 27, 1863 in Alwalton, Huntingdonshire, England and died on April 22, 1933) and Hon. Charles Stewart Rolls (born on 27. August 1877 in Berkeley Square, London and died on 12. July 1910 in Bournemouth) who have made history as founders of the Rolls-Royce automobile company. Of course, the seats are still perforated to ensure the full function of the integrated seat ventilation and seat heating. The pattern also extends over the doors and is elegantly rounded with cherry-colored accents such as the straps or small appliqués on the seats.
Another highlight is the dashboard, which is completely covered with leather, whose special UV resistance should ensure a long life and prevent reflections in the windshield. Nice details such as the hand-sewn floor mats with "RR" embroidery or the elegant headrests ensure pure individuality without unnecessarily pushing themselves into the foreground. Finally, the entire wooden interior has been redesigned. All moldings were prepared by hand and finally coated with 3 layers of clear varnish.
The cover under which the canopy is made of teak and only the restoration of this component has devoured over 120 working hours. The result is absolutely phenomenal and impressive and the owner can be sure that his Rolls-Royce Drophead Coupe was created by Vilner to the absolute unique piece.
