Sometimes a lowering and a new set of alloy wheels is enough to give a vehicle a completely new look but to keep that certain understatement. The perfect example is provided by the rim label Vossen Wheels with a few photos of this BMW F31 Touring that they have put on their new VFS-10 rim. Unfortunately, no technical information about the rims was left on the Vossen website, so we cannot give any information about the exact specifications at the moment. However, our look into the famous glass ball reveals that at least 19 inch format has been installed here, we even tend to claim that it is 20 inch. And we are not aware of any information about the extreme lowering, but here too you don't have to be a prophet to know that neither sport springs nor coil springs lead to such an extreme lowering.
We assume that either a special coilover kit is installed or the F31 has received an Airride air suspension. Apart from the lowering and the new alloy wheels, there are other changes to the 3 Series Touring. A set of black kidneys were installed in the front and the brake system was also revised. Here the owner decided to reach for the BMW M Performance Parts shelf and installed the optional M Performance brake system with slotted & perforated brake discs at the front and rear. There isn't much more to say about the car so we leave it with the pictures. If we get more information about the modifications to the F31, there is of course, as always, an update for this report.
