The following gallery (at the bottom) shows you an extremely elaborately converted VW Caddy model year 2011, which will hardly miss its originally installed 2,0-liter TDI with a meager 140 hp. The 2,0-liter TFSI engine from the limited Golf 5 GTI Edition 30 with 230 hp has been under the hood for some time. In a nod to the 30th birthday of the GTI, VW introduced the special model with an additional 30 hp and increased the torque to 300 Nm. The GTI reached a top speed of 245 km/h (factory specification) and accelerated from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6,8 seconds (manual transmission) or 6,4 seconds (direct shift transmission). The engine has the turbocharger and trunk engine from the Audi S3 and a good basis for an increase in performance. And that's exactly why the Caddy is no longer in series production. The performance of the four-cylinder increased to an impressive 2 hp using HPA intake manifolds, VW R air intakes, Inconel downpipes and the Revo Stage 360+ software, among other things.

And the Transporter also shows this visually. The biggest change is definitely the removed sliding door and rail, but also the large tailgate, which now sits in place of the two rear doors. In addition, countless other details such as the Caddy Cross fender flares all around, the Golf Mk6 R rear apron or the custom-made front bumper from the Golf 7R for an absolutely detailed and unique look. And nothing is standard inside either. The whole cabin is in Alcantara with blue stitching, there were air vents from the Audi A3 and the hazard warning switch is from the TT. In our opinion, the interior highlights are the Porsche Boxster Spyder seats, the painted Clubsport cage and the perfectly installed Air Lift Performance 3H air suspension. Unfortunately, since we do not know any more precise key data on the VW Caddy R360, we will leave it at the photo story mentioned and hope you enjoy looking at it.
