The Golf GTI has always set the benchmark for driving dynamics in the compact class. Compact external dimensions with short, sporty overhangs and a striking front - always a good portion of performance and a sporty chassis. GTI stop. More is not possible. The suspension experts at H&R are convinced of that. Because they now also have the height-adjustable spring system (HVF) for the Golf on offer. Not only they come Golfs to enjoy the HVF system, but also the identical "MQB" brothers Audi A3, Seat Leon and Skoda Octavia. You can also use the HVF suspension system and thus have the option of an individual lowering and greater sportiness. Good to know: The HVF system can be used on cars with an optional adaptive chassis. But the conventional standard version can also be equipped with it. It does not matter whether the vehicle is equipped with front-wheel or all-wheel drive. However - the series dampers are always preserved.

The sophisticated technology of the HVF system ensures that the vehicle's center of gravity, precisely and variably height-adjustable, moves downwards and that in the range of approx. 20 to 40 millimeters. The result is a more direct turn-in and less body roll in fast corners. At the same time, you don't have to do without the usual driving comfort. In the H&R delivery program are still the known sport springs, the Cup-Kit sports suspension, the Monotube coilover suspension, the sport stabilizers and the Trak + wheel spacers. The products from H&R are always 100% "Made in Germany" and always have the necessary parts certificates up their sleeves. HVF systems from H&R are only available through selected sales partners.

Thomas Wachsmuth - He has been an integral part of tuningblog.eu since 2013. His passion for cars is so intense that he invests every available penny in them. While he dreams of a BMW E31 850CSI and a Hennessey 6x6 Ford F-150, he currently drives a rather inconspicuous BMW 540i (G31/LCI). His collection of books, magazines and brochures on the subject of car tuning has now reached such proportions that he himself has become a walking reference work for the tuning scene.  More about Thomas
