The 60 years are long gone but this Karmann Ghia should, in our opinion, just like that back to the VW production lines. So that it is not a "normal" Ghia, the tuner Deanz Rodz has set up the "Blue Mamba". Not only that it is optically in our opinion tuning to perfection, no with 650PS the "Mamba" is also damn snappy!

A super sports car in the design of the 60s with a unique look. The base model was a VW Karmann Ghia Type 14 from 1967. Basically, this is the only thing in common with the production model. Whoever opens the beautiful hood immediately sees the 8,4l V10 with 650PS which makes the car a super sports car. If you are wondering where there is still so much cubic capacity, let us say with "Dodge", more precisely in the Viper and the SRT Ram, that is where the engine comes from. According to the US tuner, the Blue Mamba runs an incredible 325 km / h, you shouldn't forget that you are sitting in a Karmann Ghia and not in a Gallardo Superleggera!
The Ghia is shifted by a six-speed racing gearbox. The gearbox came from the racing of the muscle cars. Sixty years ago the car was a feast for the eyes, but this model tops it off. At least now, it should impressively have shed its “old” reputation as a “housewife Porsche”. Which housewife drove around with mighty aluminum, sidepipes and 650PS?
Back in 2013, Deanz Rodz won pretty much every award there was at the Autorama 2013 in Detroit. It will certainly not be any different this year at the Essen Motor Show.
