Wiesmann

Wiesmann is an automobile production company from Dülmen, Westphalia, founded in 1988 by the brothers Friedhelm and Martin Wiesmann. The two brothers, whose parents owned a car dealership in Dülmen, founded their company with the plan to produce a classic roadster that would live up to the reputation of German quality work. Wiesmann GmbH started producing hardtops for convertibles in 1988, before the first roadster model of its own, the MF1993 roadster, came onto the market in 30. In 2003 Wiesmann first developed a closed roadster model, the Wiesmann GT MF4. In 2014 Wiesmann GmbH had to file for bankruptcy and in 2016 it passed into the hands of the two investors Roheen and Sahir Berry. The two British changed the name of the company to Wiesmann Automotive GmbH and promised to continue producing at the Dülmen location. After Martin Spitzner was initially appointed as the new managing director, Roheen Berry took over this position in 2018. When it comes to tuning and vehicle tuning, Wiesmann continues to work with Nowack Motors today.
