Widebody kit on the Alfa Romeo Stelvio from SD Carbon!

With the Alfa Romeo Stelvio, the Italians have launched an extremely sporty SUV, which is particularly popular in the area driving dynamics plays at the forefront. It doesn't really matter whether you choose the "basic model" or the top dog "Quadrifoglio". And if you are a happy Stelvio owner, but if the look is still a bit too inconspicuous, the tuner has it for you SD Carbon from now on an extensive one Wide body kit for the Italian SUV at the start. And the result looks a little straight out of the Fast and Furious franchise. But we mean that in a positive way. The Stelvio was introduced by Alfa Romeo in 2016 and the SUV has received very little encouragement in the tuning community so far.

Widebody kit on the Stelvio

Although there were times here and there a few smaller optical experiments And diverse performance improvements, really extensive Tuning parts as for the BMW X3, the Audi Q5 or the Mercedes GLC, there is not really one for the Alfa so far. But that does it Custom body kit from SD Carbon. The changes are extremely extensive and the appearance of the Stelvio changes drastically. The most striking features are of course the front and rear fender flares made of GRP. If you install these on the Stelvio, then the use of significantly wider rims or at least generously dimensioned spacers more than necessary to keep the wheels in line with the fender flares.

made of GRP or alternatively made of carbon fiber

The conversion has been optimally implemented on the vehicle from the pictures, because the built-in black wheelset from the accessories fits perfectly with the SD Carbon widebody treatment. Apart from the fenders, there is an extension for the front one bumper in combination with a striking Splitter made of carbon. This is joined by an optional vented one bonnet made of GRP or alternatively made of carbon fiber. It continues with much wider ones side skirts and something has also happened at the rear. Here they installed one Ducktail rear spoiler and a bigger one too roof spoiler can be seen. But the most striking detail is that Carbon fiber diffuser with a central LED in the also broadened rear apron.

Set of 22-inch Vossen rims

In combination with the big round tailpipes on both sides, the rear of the Stelvio is visually significantly improved, in our opinion. According to SD Carbon, the body kit is only suitable for the basic versions of the Stelvio. A UK based company called Deranged however, has made some adjustments and upgraded the Quadrifoglio with it. This is the red painted vehicle from the pictures. The Alfa is also on one Set of 22 inch rims from the house Vossen Wheels. If we get more information about the changes, there is of course an update for this report.
